Annual Assessment Information

As we prepare to welcome 2024, the Board of Directors would like to again remind the membership about the 2024 Annual Assessment that is due January 1st.
- The amount of the ANNUAL Assessment for 2024 is $550.00.
- Leland Management sent a single bill to all Owners, with the Assessment due date of 1 January 2024.
- Owners who are set up for automatic payments (e.g., Alliance or Bk Check) are strongly encouraged to, if necessary, adjust their account settings to ensure proper and timely payment of their new Assessment.
Please be sure to check with your bank or with Alliance if you are on automatic payments to be sure you are set up the way you want your payments made for 2024.
Keeping in mind if you have not paid in full by March 31st you will be charged penalties and interest.
