Typo on Annual Assessment Letters

Watermill Community, 

Annual Assessment letters were mailed out with a slight typo. The full annual assessment amount of ($600) must be posted/paid to Watermill Master Association by end of day on March 31, 2025. 

Penalty Fees will accrue for any payments received after March 31st. No exceptions will be given.

New letters with the corrected information will be mailed out shortly.
